Trinity House Psychiatric Residential Care Home is located in Hendon, within the London Borough of Barnet — just a short walk from Hendon Central Underground and West Hendon Rail Station.
The area is well connected by public transport and surrounded by shops, parks, and local amenities.
We provide structured residential care focused on daily living, social skills, education, and rehabilitation.

At Trinity House, we recognise the importance of ongoing assessments to ensure that every aspect of a service user's needs are understood and addressed. This allows us to provide care that remains relevant and supports each resident in achieving their full potential.
Trinity House staff encourage residents to pursue hobbies and interests both within and outside the home, provided these activities do not impact the quality of life of other residents. Support staff are available to assist and facilitate participation in such hobbies.

The primary criteria for admission relate to the appropriateness of the home to cater for the individual’s rehabilitation needs within the framework of a psychiatric rehabilitation community.
The home aim’s to meet local needs in the first instance but, due to the specialist nature of Trinity House, referrals will also be accepted for service users who do not live in the local area.
Trinity House also complies with its Equal Opportunities Procedure when considering referrals.
Trinity House works closely with Community Mental Health Teams and other professionals working in local hospitals with specialised units, to effect a discharge into our service.
