Quality Housing and Social Care Limited (QHSC Ltd) currently provides residential care services in Hendon, located in the London Borough of Barnet. We operate Trinity House and Trinity House Annexe residential care homes, both of which are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as regulated services. We have been operating at our location, 105 – 107 Station Road, Hendon, London NW4 4NT since February 2007.
Our main client groups include adults with diagnoses of Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health conditions, specifically Forensic Mental Health and Dual Diagnosis. Our focus is on caring for service users and vulnerable adults within the community, collaborating with them to minimize the likelihood of them becoming repeat hospital patients.

Based on our successes over the years, we have decided to establish this specialist Supported Living service in Hendon, close to our care home. is a 5-bed home detached property on a quiet road in Hendon; there is one bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. This service is in a well-connected area within walking distance of shops, buses, train stations, leisure centres, a gym, a Shopping Complex (Brent Cross) and GP surgeries.

· Ground Floor: The ground floor features one ensuite bedroom.
· Communal lounge: Is an Open-plan kitchen area, dining and laundry space and a toilet. Our commitment to inclusivity and comfort is at the forefront of this design.
· First Floor: On the first floor, you will find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each offering a serene and welcoming ambience. Two bathrooms are on the first floor for those who prefer a bath; and
a staff office.
· Enhanced Amenities: In our efforts to continually improve our residents’ experience, occupants will use Wi-Fi facilities all around the home and Sky TV connections, and they are allowed to customise their bedrooms to their tastes and liking.
They can subscribe to any entertainment channels and provider of their liking for greater versatility and functionality. Furthermore, we are excited to share that a brand-new, larger sensory room will be constructed at the rear of the home. This dedicated space will provide a peaceful sanctuary where residents can engage their senses and find comfort.

We currently do not offer self-contained apartments, however, if there is a specific request for this on receipt of referral, we are capable of sourcing such facility.
