Quality Housing & Social Care Limited, trading as Trinity House and Trinity House Annexe, is a registered provider of regulated care services.
We are officially recognized for offering accommodation to individuals who require nursing or personal care. This registration affirms our commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered support in a safe and comfortable environment.
Our services are overseen by our nominated individual, Martin Ogiogwa, who ensures that our care standards meet and exceed regulatory expectations.
As part of our registration conditions, Quality Housing & Social Care Limited is licensed to accommodate a maximum of ten service users across both Trinity House and Trinity House Annexe.
This allows us to maintain a strong focus on individualized care, ensuring every resident receives the attention and support they need in a homely and dignified setting.
We accommodate a total of 10 service users, with 5 places at Trinity House and 5 at Trinity House Annexe.
Before admission, a pre-admission assessment will be conducted to evaluate whether our services and facilities are appropriate for your needs. This process ensures a good match and promotes your well-being. The outcome of the assessment will be discussed with you and, if applicable and with your consent, your representative(s).
In rare and exceptional situations where a person’s health or safety is at immediate risk, we may consider an emergency admission. These are typically arranged through professional referrers such as Social Services. In such cases, the service user’s suitability will still be reviewed in consultation with the referrer, and a full pre-admission assessment will be completed within 48 hours of arrival.
